Having operated in the hospitality industry for many years it was clear that there was a need for a professional integrated approach to management within the hospitality and retail sectors.
From employee management, and payroll, to financial planning and control, there is a great administrative burden on the independent operator. This is compounded by increased statutory regulation and a constant requirement for diligent reporting at all levels, it was clear that a dedicated management service would be required to administer all of these new requirements.
Once we had developed a cohesive management structure, which ensured a reporting system was in place to meet and exceed expectations, we rolled the service out to our own trading estate and offered the service to other independent operators within the sector.
