After spending much of the nineties engaged in Residential Development projects varying from Listed Building conversions in Park Circus to new build blocks of flats in the West-End of Glasgow.

Quartz Developments was formed in the Millenium year to focus on Commercial Property Development in the licensed hotel and leisure industries. We are currently re-branding our construction, development and property businesses and Giant Step companies.
