Willie Knox

Much like his personality, Willie's life can not be condensed in to a wee box. From his early years in the music Industry and his secondment to the City Council to establish Glasgow as the first City to partner Radio 1 in their now famous “Sound City programme; and on to his work in the hospitality industry which has seen him work as a consultant on some of the Country's most prestigious leisure projects. Willie has established an enviable reputation as a cultural innovator He joined forces with Iain in the 90's to work on design and build projects in the leisure and residential sectors. Limited only by imagination, they have they have developed their leisure and property interests to include hotels, cafes, restaurants and bars, and are now actively seeking new projects in the mixed care sector.

Iain Maclean

An electrician and Contracts Manager to trade, and a failed musician; Iain has been working in Development & leisure since the mid nineties. After working with Willie on various music projects in the early years they formed a joint venture partnership with Morrisson Construction in 1997 and purchased the former STUC building in the Park Area of Glasgow. This sympathetic conversion to form luxury flats from a listed former Gentleman's Club kick started a development career that has progressed from residential conversion through brown-field construction, property letting and strategic land and is now focussed on Commercial Development in the Hotel, leisure & care home sectors and management of the group's existing property portfolio. Sometimes described as a ‘control freak,’ Iain exerts his influence on every aspect of the group's operation, insisting on input at all levels from concept through to completion and all points in between.
